As a former senior attorney with the New York State Mental Hygiene Legal Service "MHLS", I have handled multiple Mental Hygiene Law "MHL" Article 81 Guardianship and Article 9 cases- in my capacity as Court Evaluator or as Court appointed Counsel for the Alleged Incapacitated Person "AIP".
An Immigrant myself, I do understand and identify with the needs of my clients and vow to zealously represent their rights and interests to legal immigration and migration under current laws....
My extensive legal experience includes multiple appearances before Federal, State Courts and Administrative Tribunals on diverse subject matters. I am a zealous advocate who has gone the last mile for my clients to ensure a positive outcome.
