Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Susan spent nearly thirty years with Levi Strauss & Co., a $4.4 billion company. She rose through the ranks and was awarded the President’s Club for being the top sales representative in the nation and breaking all sales records.
Today, Susan has created her own company and programs that help women step up, stand out, be recognized and increase the profits in their business. In addition Susan has over two decades coaching women on relationship and life issues. In general Susan is passionate about the advancement of women entrepreneurs discovering their big passion and turning into big money.
When it comes to balance between work life and personal life she feels the greatest credential of all is her successful, fulfilling, love-focused marriage of almost two decades to her husband Jim the man of her dreams. Susan and Jim live in Long Beach, California with their Newfoundland “Baby Girl”.
