In this weekend workshop, participants will learn simple ways to release stress, circulate internal energy, and perhaps most importantly, connect with the "Yin Essence" --- that essential aspect of being that includes nurturing, creative, loving, and sexy energy. The effects of this work are powerful and include deep insight, better sleep, more energy, and greater pleasure in the bedroom.
Participants will learn 6 Healing Sounds to Transform Stress into Vitality and apply them to their sexual center, the Inner Smile Meditation, how to circulate energy in the Microcosmic Orbit, Ovarian Breathing, and Breast Massage to transform congestion and stagnation into loving, healing energy.
The Taoist practice of sexual cultivation focuses on integrating the divine or subtle energies within the human body with the goal of achieving a dynamic balance of opposing energies of Yin and Yang. This course includes Chi Kung and active meditation exercises. The techniques taught will help you to build on the most creative healing energy we have - sexual energy.
Your retreat fee of $575.00 includes all teaching, accommodations on Friday, Saturday and six high quality organic meals. Arrival is on Friday between 12noon and 2 PM with our first session beginning at 2:30 PM, (no lunch will be served on Friday although snacks will be available). Departure will be Sunday after lunch.
