A few years ago, Sharon was laid off from a lucrative position with a Fortune 500 Company after a great 8 year run in the IT Industry.  She spent a year networking, refining her resume, speaking to recruiters, and attending job interviews.  She hired a marketing company to train her to sell herself and her "unique" skills. Eventually however, it became clear that it was time to look for something new...time to look up an old dream and follow it!

Sharon has embraced the many opportunities to move forward from those uncertain days.  She's extremely happy with her work, and named her company Ladygeeks because she wants to attract easy-going, confident people to work with, people that truly enjoy their lives.
