Scott Speight, owner of Achieve Success Coaching and Consulting, is your relationship expert – both personal and business. Honest and yet compassionate, Scott’s natural ability to identify and address underlying issues creates a launching pad for better relationships, whether that be in the workplace or in the home, and is effective both with the clients he works with individually and audiences of all sizes, ages and backgrounds.

After years of personal coaching, leading marriage seminars and sales trainings, and through his work as a chaplain for the United States Army, Scott has developed a passion and gift for helping people of all ages and walks of life move on to the next level with their relationships. Scott can intuitively help his clients identify what is holding them back and then guide them to discover the inner strength and direction needed to achieve healthy, happy and fulfilling relationships.

Scott is not an idealist. Real – and at times painful – life experience has given Scott a unique perspective. He has utilized what he has learned from the events of his past, both positive and negative, to help others as they pursue deeper and more meaningful relationships.

He has brought this concept to groups, individuals and organizations, including soldiers and their families, to help them acknowledge and understand the underlying issues that keep them from doing what they love or are passionate about. His natural ability to truly get to the heart of others, to help them break through the fear and hurt that has been holding them back, is how Scott knows he is living the life that is his purpose.

Before launching Achieve Success Coaching and Consulting, Scott had a career that was unfulfilling and lacked passion. Through studying other dynamic leaders who inspired him to discern and follow his calling, Scott discovered and nurtured a talent for helping others. His background in Clinical Pastoral Education and a master’s degree in Chaplaincy have allowed him to fine-tune this ability and build a business based on serving others.
