After joining Horizon Vascular Specialistsin 1998, a medical treatment center for a range of vascular diseases, Dr. Richard A Silva became a renowned surgeon in open procedures and endovascular methods.
Dr. Silva obtained his undergraduate degree from SUNY at Binghamton, New York, and his medical degree from SUNY at Buffalo. Following his medical degree, Dr. Silva engaged in his general surgical traing at the Medical College of Virginia where he then completed a fellowship in vascular surgery.
Horizon Vascular Specialists is located in Maryland, and has three offices that serve the Rockville, Olney, Frederick, and greater Baltimore areas. Horizon consists of surgeons that are vascular specialists who diagnose and treat a wide range of vascular diseases.
