I have over twenty years of Staffing and HR management experience from the financial, logistics and retail sectors. I most recently served as a Sr. HR Business Partner at First Data (recipient of two Service Awards for Excellence in Talent Acquisition), a Human Resources Manager for Home Depot and a Sr. Recruitment Specialist at FedEx. In my prior work life, I worked for organizations such as The NASDAQ Stock Market, NatWest, Salomon Brothers and IBJ Schroder Bank & Trust Company, located downtown Manhattan. I have been a member with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) since 2000. I have earned a Masters Degree (M.A.) in Career Counseling, a Certificate of Advanced Study (C.A.S.) with NYS Provisional Certification as a School Counselor, both from New York University as a recipient of the Centennial Merit scholarship, and a Bachelors Degree (B.A.) in Human Relations from Pace University on a Staff scholarship. I was the recipient of the Robert Clifford Oliver Award in Human Relations for outstanding achievement in the Human Relations program of the Psychology Department while at Pace, a Dyson Fellow with the Literary Society at Pace University, and on the Dean’s List. I also completed a Diploma in HR Studies at Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and am a graduate from Dale Carnegie, Center of Excellence in 2001 for Public Speaking. Furthermore, I had several unique internships while completing my human relations and counseling practicum’s that allowed me to hone upon my developing counseling skills.
