My background is in personal training and strength and conditioning. The National Strength and Conditioning Association acknowledges me as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I have spent 5 years working as a personal trainer. During this time, I have trained athletes from multiple sports as well as male and female fitness enthusiasts of all ages.
I've also worked as a student assistant strength and conditioning coach at Texas A&M University while completing my MS in Sports Physiology. I worked with athletes from: baseball, football, swimming, volleyball, softball, basketball and soccer. The last 2 years I have been working as a minor league strength and conditioning coach for two different professional baseball teams.
Currently, my services are offerred to the local Houston, Texas area at One 2 One Training Center. I'm also available for phone/email consultation.
