I am passionate about supporting others in their personal and spiritual growth. I help people going through major life transitions achieve peace of mind, symptom relief, bring back a feeling of self-worth and self-esteem. You could say I help people bring back their aliveness.

I am a Psychotherapist, Clinical Member - OSP (Ontario Society of Psychotherapists), a Diplomate in Comprehensive Energy Psychology (D-CEP) and an Advanced EFT practitioner (EFT-ADV); over the past 30 years I have been a student of life, Spirituality and Inner Growth. This wonderful journey has led me to many places and many inner and outer discoveries; it has allowed me to develop a strong intuition and spiritual connection that allows me to connect energetically with others in a loving, respectful and humble way.

I have lived in many places in Mexico, in Europe and I have recently relocated to Ontario, Canada. I am fluent in Spanish and in English.

Besides Energy Psychology (EFT, TAT, Allergy Antidotes, EDxTM, IET), I love Family Constellations, Gestalt and Client Centered Therapy, Alternative Healing Methods, Myths, movies and reading. I am passionate about Sufism as a Spiritual Path, about Rumi and about developing the Heart.

I work with clients in person and by phone, and from Mexico, Canada and any place accesible by Skype.

Through Counselling or Therapy, you may find emotional supprot and Relationship help. I use a blend of Client Centered Counselling, Gestalt Therapy and Family Constellations with cutting edge Energy Psychology --especially EFT-- tools to achieve freedom from anxiety, trauma, stress, breakup, grief, abandonment, anger, depression, feel calmer, breathe more easily and gain rapid symptom relief.
