As the Managing Director and CEO of One Life Unlimited LLC, a life coaching firm based in St. Louis, Missouri, Natasha Allen has inspired many to examine their current belief systems and behaviors in order to live a more gratifying life. Her ability to empower others to create fulfillment and balance in their lives by feeding their mind, body, spirit, and soul in order to change their lives to change their legacy is how she became known as the “Legacy Coach.” Her passion, purpose, and profession is not only helping others reach their potential in life personally, but also reaching their highest potential professionally. Natasha uses the Energy Leadership Development System (E.L.D.S.) approach as a catalyst to help clients recognize their true perceptions and behaviors. This process allows clients to fully understand how they are showing up in the world everyday and why they are getting the results they do in their personal and professional lives. Clients are able to connect to their passion and develop specific plans which allow them to strategize their way to success as they define it. Natasha’s strategic technique and hard-hitting tools challenge leaders from all walks of life in redesigning their ability to motivate and inspire life changing actions. Natasha became involved in her profession because of her passion for the community and desire to help others learn and implement sound life changing strategies. She is passionately devoted to showing others that they too have the ability to grow beyond obstacles, past adversities, fears and addictions. Her favorite quote by Anais Nin, “And the day came when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom,” is what inspired Natasha to ask herself, “What is my idea of a well lived life?” and then dedicate her life to pursuing excellence in all areas of life and ministry. She attributes her success to her perseverance, self-awareness, goal-setting, and a host of dedicated leaders that have mentored her throughout her life. Natasha received her Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, Devry University in 2006. Additional accolades include a certification in Life Coaching and an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner license from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She has also been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and professional excellence. Natasha’s diverse background brings profound insight and a creative perspective to her coaching relationships, facilitating innovative solutions to long-standing challenges.
