As the founder of LB Coaching, Natalie is the author of 2 popular e-books in the area of self-development, as well as several interactive courses related to teaching Basic and Advanced Coaching Skills. Her clients and students for these products originate from New Zealand, through Europe, Africa and the United States. Her latest project is as a co-author of the forthcoming book: “Foundation for Change” of the best-selling series “Wake Up, Live the Life you Love”.
Her experience:
Having moved with her family from the Czech Republic to the United Arab Emirates, later to the Philippines, Russia and Portugal has given Natalie the ability to adapt quickly to different cultures. Within these very diverse environments Natalie has managed to work successfully with individuals in the context of Executive and Personal coaching, counseling and NLP.
Natalie has coached and trained individuals and teams in the following Companies:
Shell (oil industry), Danone (F&B industry), American Express (Financial services), Leo Burnett (advertisement agency), Sophos (legal services), Diasorin (pharmaceutical industry)
Her background:
Natalie has a Masters degree in Economics and is a UK trained and certified Personal and Executive Coach, as well as an NLP Business Practitioner. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, The Association for Coaching and the Association for NLP.
Her working experience includes:
- Head of HR for a Philip Morris International Affiliate in Europe
- HR Executive for Emirates Airlines in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Crisis Line Counselor in Manila, Philippines
