In 2003, her skills and training were severely tested. In three short months, she got divorced, her mother passed away, her father was hospitalized with leukemia, she was homeless for 8 months after a mold-turned water leak, she carried a debt load of $400,000 and to top it all off, she became severely ill from toxic mold exposure.
Fortunately for Monique, she had the skills and training to survive and thrive and created a lifestyle business that has impacted thousands of people. Her clients say she is a rock of Gibraltar and no matter what is going on they can count on her for intuition and ability to teach them the same skills she applied to her life.
For four years, Monique Gallagher ran group coaching programs and worked privately with powerful entrepreneurial women as a certified Cybernetic Transposition coach, which is based upon brain technology developed by an MIT engineer to create congruence between a person's emotions and external actions.
As CEO of Highest Potential training, she has extensive background in project management working throughout Europe and South America, and has studied human development, new cognitive mapping, and is a speaker, trainer and executive coach.
She has written an insightful book - Acceptable Behavior Checkbook, which teaches parents what is going on with their strong-willed children and how build a relationship based on respect and trust so the child chooses to be respectful, caring and accountable.
She is also a contributing author to “It’s Time for Network Marketing” complied by John Milton Fogg, a coaching client.
In a book she’s currently writing entitled, “Destiny of Power”, successful women business owners learn how feminine and masculine expression has been confused and corrupted throughout history, unconsciously leading women to adopt ineffective masculine strategies at work and ineffective feminine strategies at home.
