Mizpah Matus holds a Diploma of Herbal Medicine from Dorothy Hall College of Herbal Medicine (1995), an Advanced Diploma of Herbal Medicine from Health Schools Australia (2004) and a degree in health science from Charles Sturt University (2004). She is also a certified teacher of Yin Yoga.
Her main area of interest and personal study is in nutrition and she has undertaken postgraduate courses in nutrition medicine at RMIT University.
Mizpah began experimenting with a raw food diet in 1991. Over the years she investigated a variety of dietary approaches with the intention of promoting optimal health and found the raw food diet to be superior in all important regards.
She is able to combine her in depth knowledge of nutrition with the practical application of a raw food diet that is based on both personal experience and modern knowledge.
Mizpah’s specialties include the raw food diet, chronic fatigue syndrome, calorie restriction and detoxification diets.
She is the author of book about the raw food diet called ‘The Raw Food Solution: How to Create Vibrant Health with the Raw Food Diet’.
