My name is Mirna, a Metaphysician, and I have been a healer all of my life. I am a Reiki Master/Teacher a Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher to name a few of the many energies I work with. Healing sessions last 1 hour. Client is fully clothed and laying on a healing bed. Through healing sounds, music, aromatherapy, crystals and angelic assistance the client comes into a deep state of relaxation. This deep relaxation allows you to go into a deep state of sleep, at which time the body can profoundly heal itself and self repair. The many daily stressors of life keep us up at night, tossing and turning and not allowing us to sleep deeply and regenerate.

Furthermore, my sessions aid in releasing physical pain, emotional distress, balance your energy field, which is also known as your aura and chakras. When your chakras are balanced, energy flows freely to all areas of your body. When they are blocked, you are very often feeling ill, unbalanced, and in pain.

My sessions are instructional. As the healing progresses I will show you how to maintain your health after leaving my session. With simple things that are free on our planet. For example, going outside and breathing deeply is a huge stress reducer that sends oxygen to the brain causing you to think and function clearly.
