What do you do when you suddenly find yourself in the position of cargiver for one of your parents? What if your mom doesn't know who you are? Who will care for her? Have you ever set foot in a nursing home?
These are hard questions which we don't want to ask and yet more and more people with aging parents are facing this situation. Frustration, anger, stress, hardship: these are only some of the repercussions.

If you do find yourself in the position of caregiver for someone you love, it is most important to maintain your own identity. You can only be of service to others if you care for yourself first.
