I give them support and the tools to be successful for life. Then as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Expert, I get them to understand the importance of movement. They improve overall lifestyle choices. I use a step-by-step process that's pleasurable without dieting involved, as it's a program designed exactly to who they are.
