In my early childhood tumbling was my favorite past time, in fact when the weather was nice you would find me outside playing, doing kart wheels and walking on my hands along with playing baseball with my brother and neighbors. In high school I was on the gymnastic team, my favorite was the balance beam. I'm 5'11" graceful and willowie as everyone always said & for being so tall doing gymnastic like I did. Then for some reason well after the children were grown and on their own I decided to try yoga and oh my gosh, it was like being back in high school doing the things I so loved. I found my passion! My first instructor Leeza say's that the body has a memory and that as soon as you start practicing it all becomes natural and she was sure right. So here I am today loving it and learning all about the Mind, Body and Spirit experience it gives me as you may have heard stated.
Yoga is so wonderful for you mentally, physically, & internally strengthens all your organs! From the strength of your own body weight you can build muscle. It's not as easy as it looks sometimes, but with practice you will find yourself addicted (in a good way). So i highly recommend it you. If you think you can't do it you must change that thinking and say; Yes
I can do yoga and i know it is a great thing i am doing for "me" and my
body......
Now on another note nutrition has always been important to me and taking my vitamins on a regular basis, like vitamin C, E, Calcium. Currently I have added a supplement called MAXGXL, which is also helping to improve my lifestyle as a baby boomer. Have you ever heard of Glutathione? I hadn't either nor could I pronounce it for awhile. What it is doing for me is creating more energy, working on my immune system, fighting cellular inflammation (knees, joints, shoulders) and peaking my athletic performance (with yoga and walking). Can't beat that now can you! ..... Considering how healthy I am anyway, I know several other great stories about MaxGXL and what it is doing for the "not so healthy" and it is amazing, absolutely amazing. I call it the "Miracle pill". If you would like to hear more my best suggestion would be to visit my website and listen to some of the stories and read about the creator of this amazing pill, his name is Dr.Keller. www.maxgxl.com/wellness4you
I'm new at this bio writing, not so sure i'm an expert but I hope you enjoyed my short story for now. Until I think of more to write.....Namaste!
