I am an aromatherapist and I teach meditation. There is a wonderful synergy between the two, and they work well to help people both to overcome immediate problems in day to day life, but also to 'reset' themselves on a path to higher awareness. I run a UK based aromatherapy company - Oshadhi Ltd - that supplies over 500 different essential oils and absolutes, 60 carrier oils, 50 hydrolats as well as blends.
