The Reiki practitioner channels the life force energy through their hands to the recipient to restore the body’s natural balance at every level. It is an incredibly relaxing experience.

Helping individuals (usually leaders) to find their flow and step fully into it. I coach the whole person not just the role. Many traditional corporate coaches focus on the process not the person. By coaching leaders holistically I find they achieve more powerful results in their work.  The coaching equips them to be able to tackle anything that comes their way now or in the future.

Working with teams to unify them around a common purpose, that energises the whole. It is not about compromise but about creating a unity that is rarely achieved.Working through any negative patterns and beliefs about each other and about the teams’ relationship to the organisation, we support the team on their journey.

Many projects get initiated in organisations and few make it through to successful implementation. I believe that the project kick off is the most important time. I work with project managers and the project team at initiation stage to create the right launch environment and ways of thinking that maximise the chances of success.

Having your own internal capability to support the business and its leaders through times of change is a powerful resource for any organisation to have.

I develop and train internal change agents, usually representing different functions, teams and levels of the hierarchy.  I work with the change agents to skill and equip them and build their personal confidence to work as partners to leaders to ensure change is as successful as possible.
