Jim gradudated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in public relations and a minor in communication studies. During his studies at UF, Jim decided he wanted to become a speaker and a writer so he reached out to many different speakers in the industry. Hearing no responses, Jim was at the end of his rope. He sent one more message out to international best selling author Jon Gordon explaining his story, and Jon offerend Jim an internship.
