She is recognized leader in the treatment of depression and anxiety using cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Highlights of her career include the development of a career development program for a Fortune 500 company; curriculum development and training program development and delivery for companies of hundreds of employees; program development and delivery for various non-profit agencies in the areas of adolescent / parent training, drug and alcohol inpatient and outpatient services, and relationship enhancement; being written up Living Magazine, a North Texas magazine; and establishing a thriving private psychotherapy and coaching practice.
