Perhaps my life experiences have shaped my humor to some extent, as is the case with everyone, but I feel my expertise in humor comes from a willingness to look at the world from different angles. Humor is philosophy's shadow; It enlightens us through the murkiness of its logic. Humor shows us what is, by highlighting what isn't. A shadow never provides light, but its existence illuminates the senses through contrast and juxtaposition. We wouldn't be aware of how bright the sun was, if there were no night. Humor is laughing at the moon while wearing sunglasses and sunscreen.
