In 1996 a single moment changed my life. In that moment, everything I had known about life, or 'myself', disappeared, and all that was left was inner joy and bliss, and the awareness that most of which I thought was real was only a dream.

At that time I felt trapped in an abusive marriage and a 250 pound body. Things in my life began to shift very quickly after the opening which I write about in my book Living Beyond Belief. For quite a while I was baffled as to why this had happened to me. I began to consciously study and to trust that inner voice that had been there all along, started to trust my creative spirit, began to write and sing original songs, facilitate and teach, and it has led me to adventures beyond my wildest dreams, including being invited to Findhorn, Scotland and St. James Church in London in Spring of 2007 to sing my songs, read my poetry, and speak with other artists/teachers I admire greatly. In 2001 I began to incorporate a vegan living food way of eating and have been very encouraged by this, as well as cleansing and fasting, to raise the frequency and maintain a high level of health and well being. I was certified in living food nutrition as well as a living food chef and have led 40 day online cleanses for several years. I have done readings and healing sessions in person and over the phone as well, including "poetic satsang" readings.

For several years I facilitated creativity healing circles in Federal prison, and also love weaving music, poetry, stories, into an interactive group healing workshop experience.

Imbalances can occur on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels~ all are connected~ all are a reflection of consciousness, and many times great progress can be made when core issues in specific areas are properly pinpointed and addressed. It is an honor to serve and participate in this New Heaven, New Earth reality and to coach and facilitate others healing and awakening journey!
