Glenn has been involved in sales and marketing his entire life. He held a variety of poistions with IBM for 13 year before making a lifestyle change and moving to Whistler, B.C.
In Whistler, Glenn did not loose his sales and marketing focus as he transitioned into the hospitiality industry where as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Delta Hotels and Four Seasons hotels was successfully involved with the opening of significant properties for each of these companies.
For the last three years Glenn has been doing private sales and marketing consulting for a variety of business and has also been pursing his passion of helping to create Whistler to become a wellness destination. Glenn created the successful Whistler Wellness Week and the web portal Whistler Wellness.
Glenn is an out of the box big picture thinker with strengths in developing relationships and brining solutions to business challenges.
In todays world there are lots of ideas and better ways to do things. The key is fast execution. If you have an idea - then get it done - learn from it and move on. Don't over analyze as the opportunity will pass.
True innovators will try something and if it doesn't work they will try again. In sales and marketing I see too many people taking too long to decide what is the 'perfect' campaign and at the end of the day nothing is done.
