My great 'Spirituality' Epiphany occured in 1993, when strangely I relised my Soul was not of standard human origin... What I call 'Gold souls'. Mine was 'Mercury' based... More on that at another time.

Ever since this time we have come to realise the powerful truth that nutritionists have got-it-all-wrong... (Yeah, I'm a genious; NOT! -It's just that I can see things a-bit-different than most.)

For, Primarily & in truth, diet has got little to do with what chemists deem food to be as just fat, protein & carbohydrate BUT everything to do with the life-force, Prana or Chi carrying capacity of that food.. What am I trying to say?

Primarliy The human body does not, repeat does NOT, see food as fat/Protein & carbohydrate.

Primarily the human body (Your cells) sees food as that which sustains your life force. For A STRONG LIFE FORCE KEEPS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM STRONG and A STRONG IMMUNE SYSTEM MEANS HUMANS ARE A SUCCESSFUL SPECIES!!!! FULLSTOP.

Therefore, in truth, the human body sees food as that which Bolsters the life force, weakens the life force OR is neutral toward it.

How does this aid Spiritual growth OR Is honouring the life force thru our Prana diet, truly Spiritual nutrition?

What really IS the life-force Force anyway?

After many years of our Prana quest, we conclude that most Westerners of a religious bent would call it... The Holy ghost or Holy spirit.(Please, we are NOT blaspheming here.)

Western sources such as the Holy bible describe the creative force, known as God, as a Trinity... The Father, the Son & the Holy ghost. Indeed many of the major religions of the world also describe a supreme entity in a triune form too.

In simple terms, if we (humans) are the'Son' from a loving 'Father' then the 'force' connecting us to 'him' IS-THE-Force-of-life OR Holy spiri.
