I am a Psychotherapist, Creative Arts and Trauma Healing Therapist, Women’s Empowerment Coach, Spiritual Guide, and Speaker. I have a global private practice seeing people in person in Burlingame and San Anselmo CA. Internationally I work very successfully with people globally via the Internet. I see women, men, and couples - with numerous challenges and gifts! Some of my areas of expertise include, addiction, co-dependency, recovery, women's empowerment, life purpose, love alchemy, and spiritual development.
As an Inspiring Women's Empowerment expert I specialize in the area of coaching women to be the bright, beautiful, powerful women that they are, from the inside out. As we connect with our genuine beauty we are able to become empowered leaders moving in the world, creating beauty: inside out. I combine psychotherapy, coaching, education, spiritual guidance and creativity to deeply support women to recover, discover and awaken to who they truly are.
I co-create deeply inspiring, effective and creative programs for women to remember their true value and to step out into positions of beauty and leadership in their lives: connecting to themselves from the inside out. These programs are for individuals, groups and large non profit agencies: I am delighted to work with women from all countries and all back grounds.
My work with women is global from the USA, to the UK, To Switzerland, to The Congo. All across our planet women are inspiring one another to embrace their true roles in the evolution of our shared humanity. My work is informed by my own deep commitment to the knowing, that the future evolution of our humanity, depends upon the healing and empowerment of girls and women across our planet.
Every woman who becomes truly empowered, by knowing from the inside out who she is born to be, is a precious resource on our planet at this time.
