Having completed a Phd in Sports and Exercise Psychology and a First Class Degree in Sports Sciences, I work today as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and lecturer in Sports and Exercise Psychology at Brunel University London. For the last 7 years I have also lectured on Principles of Sports Nutrition to students at The London School of Sports and Remedial Massage. In my spare time I work on publishing articles.
