Partnerships are not born or automatically achieved. There is a set of skills to building and sustaining partnerships. Without those skills, partnerships will not happen.
A partnership requires that all parties contribute to the degree they can; that all parties find rewards in the partnership that are meaningful to them; and that no one partner in the relationship succeeds at the failure of any other partner.
'Going it' alone rarely achieves the level of success as 'going it' with a partner.
Do you need a group facilitator? Do you need a seasoned and top notch sales coach? Do you need someone who has vast experience in working one-on-one with organizational leadership?
Then this is the right place.
