DiOndra has a Masters of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in e-Business, a Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Technology as well as many trade certificates.   After working in the corporate environment for over twenty years DiOndra decided to leave the comfort of a well paid job in 2004 to learn the market of Real Estate; became a full-time Realtor in 2006 not knowing that in less than two years this would become a tumultuous time in the history of Real Estate.  

Work was never a stranger to me; all while growing up as a teenager my summers offered opporutnities to work on a temporary basis with various coroprations in the capacity as a mail clerk, receptionist then eventually lead to data entry clerk.  This experience prepared me for the working world as an adult.  I had quickly elevated up the corporate ladder from systems analyst to becoming a Project Manager in Information Technology department for a major newspaper in Los Angeles.  My employer on several occassions allowed, with encouragement me to share my passion and skills as I served with gratefulness on many steering committees whether it was for the benefit of surrounding communities or corporations of my employ.

Coming from humble experiences in life, being the eldest of four children, child rearing in Cleveland, OH with guidance from a single mother.  Having moved to California in 1979; first year of High School gave a new perspective on life.  This is where learning the differences between integration vs. segregation, perception vs. illusion and finally success vs. failure gave meaning to fulfilling life's dreams and aspirations.

Well, after so much success in the corporate world, earning a Masters Degree nothing would prepare me for the next level of education "Motherhood."  My biological clock did not run out at 40!!!  My doctor placed me on complete bed-rest until the delivery of my child.  What some may see as an inconvenience, it was an opportune time to nurture my mind, body and spirit.  There was room for personal development!!!  A time to get “Fit For Life.”  Mine was a journey worth traveling because, there was new life coming to the earth.  Depression, worry, anxiety and fear to house itself was not to reside within me.  Now, “Fit For Life” is born out of inner peace and the birth of my beautiful daughter.
