This enables her to deliver realistic and measurable results when co-creating with the client.  In over 20 years corporate work in Europe she gained extensive management experience in hi-tech, chemical and logistic enterprises as well as in media and with leading international management consultants.  

 

In more than 10 years of coaching expertise in one-to-one face-to-face and telephone coaching sessions, Claudia Nuber has developed Human Change Coaching®, a coaching method which is easy, efficient and productive for her clients. Her personal warmth combined with her professional competence are helpful to her clients when dealing with extreme situations and unexpected change. Pragmatic and solution focused she is fully committed to her clients’ successes and developments in their business and personal life.  She serves her clients to understand their reality, using their potential to develop feasible strategies and implementing them in their life. It is Claudia Nuber’s aim to interconnect personal values, authenticity and business ethics.  Claudia Nuber is a credentialed coach of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her working languages are German and English on a native speaker level.  She is an active member of the ICF (International Coach Federation), the IG–Coaching (Interest Group for Professionalizing Coaching) and also engages in voluntary work. Claudia Nuber enjoys travelling, meeting people and cultures as well as living the life she does.
