Testimonials
“I have overcome many obstacles in life through coaching and a lot of prayers. Christine cared not only about my spiritual needs but also about my overall well being. She has been with me in many, many difficult situations and she has never been judgmental. She has been a mentor, a mother, a sister, an advisor, name it and she is it (in all good terms).
I am a stronger woman today, a more aware mother and a kinder person. I now can look in the mirror and not be afraid because I know who I am now, a child of God! I am also a very appreciative person of Christine Morris. God Bless.”
Jo-Ann Nadine Martin, Jamaica
“I am very pleased with the results from the work I have done with Christine. Old habits are broken effortlessly, and new positive habits materialize. I am more focused on what I want to achieve. I now make better decisions in a shorter amount of time – which has increased my productivity and has saved me money. What I personally liked about the coaching was the fact that the results are almost immediate, and effortless. The change comes around effortlessly – without even thinking about it. This type of coaching has the potential to help so many people – irrespective of their job, background or social status. Thanks Christine! I’m looking forward to more coaching sessions and more great results!”

“Mrs. Christine Morris, Life Coach has worked with students ages 11-17 years, staff and parents of Ardenne Preparatory and Extension High School over the last 4 years.
The sessions that Mrs. Morris conducted both at the individual and group levels, have been beneficial and have served to motivate these persons to achieve higher levels of performance.
One marked result demonstrated by those she has coached is an increase in their confidence levels. Consequently the students became more focused and in the case of 2 students in particular, they are producing at a higher level.” Carol Wilson, Director, Ardenne Preparatory and Extension High School, Jamaica
“I was involved in a conflicting relationship with a sibling…I felt I was being harassed and wanted peace and harmony between us. My response to the continuing problem was avoidance or when cornered to find myself in an angry dramatic explosion with him which always left me feeling angry, exasperated and unhappy.
The session with Christine made me realize that in avoiding my sibling/conflict through fear of a clash and as a way of finding peace never works. Equally, asking someone to change so I can feel better does not work.
The coaching allowed me to find the peace and harmony I sought from within, which empowers me to calmly speak my truth or walk away when confronted and not to be bombed out from a raging fight.”

“I was a bit sceptical about the benefits of a life change expert but must admit that I have seen positive changes in my daughter after just one session. She is less aggressive and we have a much more peaceful relationship. She is also more focused where her school work is concerned. It is hard to believe that such a simple process can have such major changes and I don’t understand how it works but it does.”

“I requested coaching from Christine Morris to do with relationship issues in October 2001. The coaching took place via regular telephone calls, with agreements around what I was committed to achieving between these sessions.
I found Christine’s style to be relaxed, open, warm and encouraging. In particular she demonstrates keen listening as to what is going on and what is possible. It is her ability to gently create and foster future possibilities, which I found to be her key strength.
I can recommend Christine Morris, without reservation, as a life/business coach”.
Dr J. McCarron, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, UK
“You have helped me focus in on how my lifestyle could affect my health if I do not strike a balance. I would like to endorse that you are a very effective and skilled coach and recommend your coaching service.”
David Nicklin, D.J. Mortgage Solutions, UK
“It was a refreshing and welcoming experience for me. Christine’s quiet voice and open expression allowed me to self-disclose. Christine’s attitude was one of “I’m here to help” Not “I’m a judge” so it was easy for self-disclosure. She focused me on what I could do to improve my daily experiences to make the days run smoother and to accomplish more. Also with her follow-up, it ensures that I stick to the plan. It’s as if we are doing this thing together. Good job, Christine!”
Joan Janniere, HeartTrustNTA, Jamaica
“I found the coaching very useful and practical re: helping me to confront two major job related issues. One such weakness was conducting presentations to a large audience. Another was following through the performance appraisal process in dealing with consistent staff poor performance. I found the coaching beneficial based on the end results of me getting over my two personal managerial weaknesses”.

To "Try" and achieve your goals will lead you to take a longer time to achieve it or fail. To have the "Will" to achieve your goals you will achieve them at a faster rate. When you say "I will try and do ..." that is struggle. When you say "I will do ..." that leads to success.
