I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in the heart of San Diego, I work with Individuals, Couples and older teens. My areas of expertise are relational conflict, trauma, anxiety, boundaries, and women's issues related to past trauma, abuse or neglect.
I have done extensive group work in boundary development and traumas to the developing self which I absoulutely loved. I also specialize in Christian counseling as well as single parenting to which I bring considerable personal experience and expertise in boundary development for children. Another facet of what I do is teaching part time as professor of group counseling in the graduate school I attended. Working with aspiring counselors and being able to encourage and guide them is a tremendous joy for me that only enhances my life as a therapist.
I am a single mother who has lived in San Diego all my life and raised three absolutely lovely boys.
