Some things in life we cannot change.
Many things we can.
The real trouble is this :
We tend to spend more time fretting about
the things we cannot change
than focusing on those things
that we can change !!
Is there a change you want to make?
To find out how coaching can help, you are welcome to a complimentarytelephone coaching session focusing on your goals.
Before scheduling the coaching call, it will be helpful to ask yourself
the following questions:
What is causing me the most distress or interfering most with achieving my goals?
What would my life be like if that could change?
Would I be willing to spend some time, energy, and money to get the benefit of that change?
What is it costing me not to change?
What is the first step I can take toward making this change?
How soon do I want to start?
What do I need to do before starting?
After considering these questions, even if you don’t have clear answers to all of them, send an email to: brockhansenlcsw@aol.com
with the words "Complimentary Coaching Session" in the Subject Line.
