Brenda Adelman grew up in Brooklyn with a sexy, bohemian artist mother and an alpha male Jewish wanna be Italian stallion father. Big characters. Big laughs. Until that fateful night in 1995. Mom was shot. Dad was jailed. His gun, the weapon never found. He quickly move din with and then married Brenda's aunt, her mother's sister. Three years later and in a deep depression Brenda started writing very dark poetry that led to penning her powerful and often times funny one-woman show about the power of forgiveness.

My work can support your path to be one of personal development, service to a greater cause and positive influence in your circle of friends and family.
My mission is two-fold, to offer insights that enable people to discover their innate courage and core of strength, and second, to do so in a creative and effective way that fosters freedom and more joy in their relationship with themselves and those that are most important to them. I do this via the presentation of my one-woman show, My Brooklyn Hamlet, workshops, speaking and 1:1 and group coaching.
There is light. There is joy. There is freedom. It is close enough to touch. In this 2-hour customized session specifically created around your unique ‘story,’ the aim is to support you as you move from that place of darkness and hopelessness to an opening of your heart and a trusting of Self.
