Dr. William Jason O'Mara is one of America's most gifted Leadership teachers & Organizational consultants.

Over the past 24 years he worked with managers from organizations, such as IBM, AT& T, Westin Hotels, Met Life, Merck, and Nissan on leadership and change initiatives and has delivered keynote addresses to many of the most prestigious organizations in the country. O'Mara specializing in Hospitality, works on topics related to Leadership, Peak Performance, Ethics, Strategic Team Building, and associated Talent development areas. He was senior Teacher for Starwood Hotels, 'Leading Starwood' leadership intensive from 2005-2009, and customized Team & Talent development programs to current. OMara was also a past adjunct faculty (executive coaching and feedback specialist) with the Center for Creative Leadership, an international leadership training organization, specializing in assessment and development.

Bill achieved an advanced degree (doctorate PsyD/PhD) in Organizational Development / IO Psychology educated at Tulane University, Cornell University, The California School of Professional Psychology and an honorary PhD in Spiritual Studies from The Infinite Wind Institute. He is also certified as a Feedback Specialist and Executive Coach from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), and holds certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Naam Yoga, and Holistic Health and Wellness (Kripalu Center), and more. He was greatly influenced by his great teacher, native American leader Speaking Wind (Patrick Edward Quirk).

Combining his academic background and professional expertise with his personal experience as a martial artist, coach, and athlete, O'Mara has developed a unique approach to leadership, life and work effectiveness.
