Benita is currently based in the Middle East, leading a coaching practice for an HR Consultancy. Leaving a successful coaching and speaking business behind her in Canada, she has been coaching senior executives in the Oil and Gas, Telecom, Banking and Shipping verticals for the past eight years.

Benita is proud to be a Master Certified Coach, a Mentr Coach and Coach Supervisor, all fuel for inspired living and leading. She graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a BA, Major if Psychology.

President of the ICF Oman Chapter, member of the ICF Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) Regional Advisory Council task force on Credentialing, past chair of the ICF EMEA RAC nominating committee and recently accepted as a member of the ICF Gloibal Board nominating committee have all added to her inspirational living and leading. Being a consul for a Poetry group keeps her in touch with inspiration from the ages! Past President of the Women Business Owners of Manitoba and Past President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, Winnipeg chapter are a couple of ways that Benita stayed active in her community back in Canada!
