Anya Benavidez Quick Facts

Anya is passionate about helping people and businesses reach their potential. She is a transformational entrepreneur and a certified professional coach. After two decades of progressive leadership in management and healthcare operations, Anya founded Azora Leadership to support individual and organizational development. She is also the founder of Proliancy, which is an information security and privacy management company supporting the healthcare industry.

Anya is pursuing an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation from St. Thomas University. She has a Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Azusa Pacific University, and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management with minor in Business Administration from California State University, San Bernardino. She is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

When she isn't devoting time to her beloved vocation or to her continued education, Anya enjoys watching sports and spending time with her husband and their three kids.
