I am a seasoned and skilled EFT Practitioner located in southeast lower Michigan. I have much experience with children and families, including trauma, adoption issues, or other psychiatric issues with excellent results. I have successfully used EFT with 245 clients over 1000 hours sonce learning Emotional Freedom Techniques in 2007. My clients have benefitted by using Emotional Freedom Techniques by eliminating health problems, learning to read (three rounds), eliminating overeating and hoarding, improving school and home behavior, healing trauma of all kinds. And much more.
I work with clients for a minimum of two hours on a single issue. The goal is that clients leave a session understanding how to use Emotional Freedom Techniques. I offer a free one hour with free follow up session. Rather than keeping session notes to myself, as is done in traditional mental health therapy, I write the session summary and send to the cleint for their own use and continued work on themselves. I charge a flat fee fee, I do not bill insurances, I do not have a sliding fee any longer but I do work with payment plans, and unlike traditional mental health or physical health therapies, if my client is not satisified, I provide a refund of half. (The first half to paid the taxes.)
From 2009, I offered weekly two hour EFT Drop-In Groups. These groups provided clients with an inexpensive way to continut their own practice and work, but also provided me with excellent group slills and handling sensitive issues privately within a group setting. In August of this year, I changed this group to a twice monthly EFT group, three hours on the second Tuesday, and three hours on the second Saturday. These are no longer a drop-in group; due to space limitations, people need to call ahead. I have provided groups for Weight Loss/Getting Into Shape and Building Prosperity and Abundance using EFT with very good results.
I continue to be intersted in bringing Emotional Freedom Techniques to prisons, jails, stressful work places, foster care, as an adjunct to go with restorative justice. Many people just do not realize that just about 100% of prisoners were sexually abused as children. One might wonder why this may be the case, but one could understand that when a child's bounaries have been violated, its not surprising that such a child will disrepect the boundaries of others. I truly believe healing priosners of their own traumas, is our best chance. Prevention would be better yet by applying Emotional Freedom Techniques with children who have been sexually assaulted.
I hold the belief that no person is ever the sum-total of the worse thing that has ever happened to them, or the worse thing they have ever done.
The best quote I have read so far this year is, "Vladimir, there is no question that sick people need doctors: sick people do need doctors. But in your system doctors need sick people." From The Ringing Cedars Series Book 7 I believe "the Energy Of Life."
A primary professional goal of mine has been to put myself out of business. Our current system makes this impossible.
