Anna Coulter is an innovative wellness advocate and founder of the Better World Cuisine school. Certified by Alissa Cohen as a living food instructor and the Gerson Therapy ™ as a caretaker for those coping with cancer, she also holds a physician’s assistant degree from a Swiss university. Anna continues her research and studies and has completed numerous classes in optimal nutrition. Dr Tel-Oren, Dr Fuhrman, and Prof Campbell are among those who have inspired her work. She is also a coordinator of the Ecopolitan network and organizer of health events and festivals which include the annual Bay Area Wellness Festival. She has also certified over 200 Better World Cuisine Chefs. Anna is adamant about creating a community of health- minded people who want to heal themselves, heal others and enjoy a good life. For this she has created the Better World Cuisine program with the mission to educate people, and guide them in disease prevention and fun healthy eating habits.
After watching a close friend die of cancer, I took a vow to educate myself and the world in the best health care possible. I became aware that prevention is the only solution. Family, good friends, exercise and a positive attitude are all important. But what is most important is the fuel that runs this body. For this, we are talking about FOOD.
What we put in our mouths creates the energy that runs this machine. But what do we eat? JUNK: processed food, fast food, dairy, sugar..... food that turns to crud in our gut and creates inflammations.
For years, I've been teaching Wellness Cuisine classes. But now I want to help more people. For this, I'm making it available through the Better World Cuisine web program. This is a cuisine which does not cause inflammation in our bodies and can even reverse the effects of all the associated illnesses like cancer, diabetes, arthritis, heart disease or osteoporosis. I'm providing expert quidelines and a supportive community with videos and up-to-date research. This is a cuisine contains raw foods and cooked food on low temperature. I want to share what I know with as many people as possible and together create a healthier and better world. My deepest desire is that we prevent illnesses before they arise and can all enjoy long and happy lives.
