How old would you be if you didn't know how old you were?
Our aging process is in our hands and there is a very different model of aging today than a decade ago. Only 35% of the way we age is hereditary and the remaining 65% is in our hands. The human body is a miracle and replaces over 300 billion cells every 24 hours. If we push up on repair and down on damage, the cells we build will be stronger than the ones we replace. Regular exercise comprises of a minimum of 30 minutes of walking and 6 minutes of resistance based workout at least three times per week. Being happy is our responsibility to ourselves and everyone around us, and we create our own reality by the thoughts and feelings we have every day. When you are allowing the optimal regeneration process through harmony in physical, emotional and mental health, your quality of life is dramatically increased.
