It's all about making friends with your whole human-ness, then mastering the mind, expanding your perspective, reclaiming your body's wisdom, and expressing your Essence!
I am a certified Spiritual Director & Coach, Akashic Records Consultant, Gateway Dreaming Faciliator, and Munay-Ki mentor. I also practice Reiki and Shamanic healing, and run workshops and meditations/guided journeys.
