Albert was primarally working after law school in the top management (A-level) in international companies including hotel, real estate, general consulting and franchise business. He was also searching for additional tools for communication and found NLP as a useful technology. He became a student of Dr. Richard Bandler and John LaValle, MBA. After finishing the courses in NLP, Design Human Engineering, Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning, Charisma Enhanced Training etc. etc. he became a NLP Trainer, licensed by the Society of NLP, USA. Albert was also finishing his studies in Logotherapy and Existential Analyses founded by Viktor E. Frankl, the father of the third Viennese psychotherapy school after Sigmund Freud and Adler. His activity in the field of Logotherapy and Existential Analyses includes the transfer of it's philosophies and techniques into the business world. Albert was creating together with his wife Heidi, an international acknowledged physician, scientist and therapist, his own technology called medNLP® and HealMediation© . He brought the technology of NLP combined with special contents to top opinion leaders in various fields, especially in health, business, public and private organisations.
