Prior to starting her own business An had a career in Business consulting and project management, working for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Xigma Management Consulting and Philips Electronics. An has a diploma in business coaching, an Masters in Business Administration specialising in change management and a BA (Hon) in International Marketing and languages.
Entrepreneurial flair was never far behind, because alongside a career and academic pursuits An always had a business running since she was 15. She was a finalist in the Coco Cola National Enterprise Awards for a minority language translation software. Her current business is venture number 6, and to date she only has 1 failure to report.
