Gary is a co-founder of Decision Innovation, Inc. and brings years of decision making, decision management, and knowledge-based experience in work and life. He has worked in the field of business software applied research for the past fifteen years with a focus on decision management, decision-based software and collaboration frameworks. With a strong focus on innovation, Gary created an approach for creating knowledge in the context of a decision framework. These experiences, coupled with a strong personal vision for leveraging the value of decision tools in both personal and business decision making, led Gary to build and launch Decision Innovation Inc.
As a knowledge management expert at Motorola, Gary served as an Associate of the Science Advisory Board, (SABA), one of the highest awards for technical achievement within Motorola. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois, where he earned a both a B.S.E.E. and an M.S.E.E. degree. He is a member of the IEEE Technology Management Council, the ACM, and the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE).
Gary serves in various volunteer roles for the P.A.D.S. Homeless Shelter and other community service organizations.
