We only know what we know, until we reach the point we long to know more.
We only act a certain way until we realize that our actions are not gaining us any ground.
We are always eager to speak, always longing to be heard; until we realize how important it is, just to listen.
We will only teach our young so many lessons, as we understand they have their own lessons to learn.
We live, we love, and we accept, and when others fall short we revert back to where we started from, or we can grow past them.
A fool opens his mouth and babbles words of no importance just to hear himself speak. Whereas a wise man knows that it is in other’s words that lessons can be learned.
A person who hurts someone who has been kind to them only knows himself; the person that has been hurt truly knows strength.
When you are strong, it hurts your soul to be around someone that is weak. You don’t understand how they can collapse or run away so easily.
Pay attention to the people and the things in life that nourish your soul. Let them guide you and teach you, and move away from all distractions.
Teach someone gratitude and you teach them joy for life. For when they are grateful all they have to do is look around.
If someone has ever hurt you, you need not cry. That moment is over; now say your good byes. Don’t drag your past into your future; it is not where it is meant to be. Learn the lessons and move on. Replay it, accept it, and now let it be.
Love is so special, it lights up your soul. If you’ve been hurt, you have to learn to forgive, least you turn bitter and cold. Extend your love every chance you get, others will follow by the example you led.
You cannot force love; just as you cannot force happiness, it comes from inside. If someone wants to leave, you have to let them go. Life is a journey. Who are you to say no?
Realize that inner beauty is so much more important than outer beauty.
Just as there are kind and unkind things in this world, don’t focus on things that you can’t change, or that you have no control over, focus your time and energy on what will make a difference.
Actions prove so much more than words ever could.
The last thing to remember is that life is like a big mirror. We think everything is happening to us, when we are just a reflection of others.
