There are various kinds of fears. Nevertheless, they can be classified into three central fears: internal, external, or subconscious. Among the three, the subconscious and internal type of fear is the most problematic to find a cure for because the person must take the initiative to identify the cause of fear and take required measures to conquer it. Subconscious fear is created by assumed beliefs in your mind that tend to restrict your capabilities. This one is to some extent is linked with the internal type of fear in which you have the inclination to doubt your ability to accomplish something. As a result you develop the tendency for negative self- talk. This one necessitates you to take effective steps towards changing those negative beliefs so you can enable yourself to maximize your potential.
One of the causes why people disregard the need to conquer their fears is the want of motivation. For that reason, setting goals will help increase the desire to conquer your fears. Another benefit you can get from setting goals is that apart from helping you banishing your fears, it offers you a more focused course in your everyday living as opposed to not having a clear-cut idea of what you want out of life.
