YOUR INTUITION ALERTS YOU TO HEALTH ISSUES even if you believe you’re in excellent physical shape. Injuries, illnesses and diseases happen due to mental, emotional, physical and/or spiritual causes. Genetics, busyness, stress, neglect, negativity and overexertion play a significant role toward raising the level of a health crisis. At a minimum, you sense to visit a doctor for a wellness checkup. You sense to decrease your activities or slow your pace. You sense to exercise and eat nutritional foods. You sense to allow others to do things for themselves. Do you listen to or ignore your intuition’s health warnings?
Your intuition knows that you’ll face a health crisis when you overlook minor but escalating nuisances, when you fail to change your detrimental lifestyle or when it supports your soul’s purpose. For example, you intuitively dream your vehicle runs out of gas. It symbolizes your physical body running out of energy. You intuitively feel certain that a relative’s alcohol addiction attributable to childhood trauma will occur to you without professional counseling. Intuitively hear an angelic voice shout, "Get a mammogram now!" Intuitively know to take a vacation from work because of mental exhaustion. Intuitively taste specific teas to drink to increase your metabolism. Intuitively smell toxic people to eliminate from your life. Intuitively speak, "I'll suffer a nervous breakdown if I don’t determine the cause of my angry outbursts." Intuitively sing a grave song about pursuing spiritual perfectionism.
A thirty-something friend said, "I'd sensed a health problem but ignored it." After finally seeking medical treatment, doctors diagnosed her with brain and breast cancer. During an intuitive reading, I advised a fifty-something client, “Your stress level is too high. Rest and relax more.” I intuitively knew an imminent stroke or heart attack resulted from her workaholic habits. She doubted me and suffered a stroke within two months. I ignored my own intuition’s warning. I intuitively felt a strong feeling to avoid carrying a glass tabletop. In a hurry to move it out of my apartment, it cracked and sliced my left wrist. I landed in a hospital emergency room and couldn’t fully use my left arm for four months. I learned to trust my intuition’s health warnings.
People often ask, “Is there a lesson to learn from a health crisis?” I reply, “Yes.” Lessons include taking better care of YOU, scheduling time to rest, settling current or past life matters, having compassion for others and experiencing spiritual advancement. Life offers no guarantees that you won’t undergo a health crisis while doing all the right things. Each person’s soul purpose may create and heal health crises for divine reasons. Pay attention to your intuition’s warnings and resolve controllable health issues.
