These are some extracts from a new "work" that Craig is writing titled 'TO THE END OF THE RAINBOW', where the reader is involved (actively) in making choices: leading to different directions, paths and different outcomes???

We'll see where it all ends up!

THE SOCIAL ACTIVIST AND THE PEACE NEGOTIATOR (from ‘TO THE END OF THE RAINBOW‘)

THE IDEAL: THE HOPE FOR PEACE

Through her life the activist had a passion for respect for all human beings, tolerance, compassion, decency and generous ideals...but also and most importantly, liberation for her people, her nation.

She often prayed for the realisation of a society where "every political choice from the "beloved" country's leaders downward, would be inspired for respect for the human person."

She spoke softly, yet with a great passion, as well as a quiet strength in her voice...

"We share your objectives and we must move from indirect talks to face-to-face negotiations. As a result we are continuing our efforts to reach a formula that will help us launch serious negotiations, final negotiations with a defined time-frame, a defined agenda.

We should and we CAN all be far bolder in promoting peace, human rights and social justice. There are other ways to resolving conflict other than through war."

After a brief pause, she continued...

"Our biggest problem, as always, is how to we get into the head of somebody, the enemy. We must move beyond addressing bombs and bullets to winning the hearts and minds of the people.

Reconciliation cannot merely be a "feel good' concept, but will be achieved by a process of social and economic transformation. Only by doing this will we eventually eradicate the disparities between different sectors of society and consequently ensure a durable reconciliation. We need to turn over the dark pages of division.

By being here today, you each have taken an important step towards freeing your peoples from the shackles of a history, a past we cannot change. However, we can all move towards a future, a bright new dawn of peace, respect and dignity that only YOU can create.

And finally, to create individual peace within individual human beings is to create outer peace of this world."

"Peacemakers who sow in peace will reap a harvest of righteousness."
- James 3:18

THE EVANGELIST

"As the Father has sent me, I also send you."
John 20:27

"Peacemakers who sow in peace will reapa harvest of righteousness."
- James 3:18

Jesus personally brings to earth, justice, peace and prosperity.
And as ambassadors for Christ, each ONE of us is an instrument of peace.

It is only through a person's inseperable relationship with God that leads to a true and lasting stability, security and peace of mind.

Be a light of hope to others

"Aim at heaven and you'll have earth thrown in. At at earth and you'll hit neither."
- the words of CS Lewis

"When (or if ever) you arrive in heaven, let faith and love be the wings that carried you there."
- as adapted from the inspiring words of Jonathan Edwards, former minister in New England, Massachusetts
