We have all heard that health is wealth. Yes, it's true also. Neither money nor fame can bring health. It has to be achieved by the individual himself during his/her lifetime. There are many aspects a person should take care to live a healthy life and it starts from early morning wake up to dawn when you sleep.

Ok, we can start from early morning itself, what everyone does once you get up. Most people get up with much difficulty and a sad face that another morning has come we need to do lots of household and office works. No dears we need to be cheerful and peaceful when you start a day. Once you get up from bed just close your eyes and pray and rub your face with both hands and open your eyes. Once you step out from bed just touch the floor and pray. So began our day thinking all positives happened last day and forgetting all negatives.

All will be telling us to be positive. Whether every one of us can be positive. Yes, we all can be positive, if our body is fit that means our mind and soul is healthy. To make mind and soul healthy we need to practice some good lifestyle patterns which include the following:

  • Getting enough sleep

  • Loving yourself
  • Wash off negativity from yourself
  • Avoiding trigger foods
  • Practice deep breathing
  • Maintain good posture
  • Avoid deep-fried foods
  • Avoid sugary drinks\foods
  • Including organic foods
  • Prepare meals at home
  • Learn to say no
  • Stop smoking
  • Have healthy snacks
  • Get regular checkups
  • Try a vegetarian diet
  • Find time for leisure activities
  • Practice good dental hygiene
  • Have a healthy friend circle

These are some little things when incorporated in your life can bring miracles in life. To be a healthy individual not only for yourself but for your spouse, family, friends and so on. Healthy individuals also do perform well and good at home as well as at the workplace. We all have one life let’s enjoy and live it.
