There seems to be so much talk these days on changing your life but is there really a "Magic Pill" to getting everything and anything you want in life?

Well, I'd like to share something with you that is perhaps one of the master keys in changing your life, because it is exactly what I have used to create a massive change in my life, both for myself and for my family.

The Master Key is: You need is a plan.......a Gameplan I like to call it.

You see if you really want to create change and improve your life, its vital to have some idea of what you want, how you want it , when you want it, why you want it and how you might actually get it.

Let me draw you an example to illustrate this better:

Consider a sportsperson in a team sport. She will have some level of ability and a desire to achieve and perform well, she will train every day, practice moves, study tactics, work on them, know what they will do and she will be visualising achieving her goals on a regular basis and what it will lead to. Then she will have a coach who has a gameplan for the team with tactics and strategies and these are all based on on experience, research study and practice. Then, when all this is put together, they will have a 'Master Plan' as to what they want to achieve and how they intend to achieve it. They certainly don't come in with a magic pill that will win every game and all the trophies do they?

It's simple but not so easy.

Now of course that doesn't mean it is easy and I discuss this in other articles and books... it doesn't mean you have to know everything up front either, and it doesn't mean your plan can't change...in fact, it most likely will change as you progress and achieve, but having a blueprint for changing your life and achieving your dreams and goals is such a powerful strategy because it gives you something to follow and aim at.

Just imagine trying to play a game of football without any goals.

Now changing your life is a little different to playing a football game I know, and don't worry, there will be many sub-plans, strategies and ideas within your master plan, but you can add these as you go along.

So to sumarize...

A vital key to changing your life is to create yourself a master plan of how you want to improve your life and how you would like it to be and keep working on it until you start to achieve it and then add more as you develop and start to see a change.
